Article 14 of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between TRUE and the District addresses salary and
compensation. The purpose of the MOU is to address the issue of filling the following “hard-to-fill” positions:
1. Special Education Classroom Teachers
2. Speech and language Pathologists
3. Single Subject Math Teachers
4. Single Subject Science Teachers
5. Nurses
6. Other positions as needed based on insufficient qualified candidates2015 Dec MOU Hiring Incentives multiple positions
