As established in Article 17 of the TRUE/TRUSD Contract, the Catastrophic Leave Bank Committee shall have the responsibility of maintaining the records of the Catastrophic Leave Bank (Participants, cancellations, withdrawals, days in bank), receiving the withdraw requests, verifying its validity, approving or denying the requests, and communicating its decisions in writing to the participants and the District.
