The Contract Enforcement Committee monitors the requirements of the Agreement and carry our such activities, as are consistent with the recommendations and general ideals of TRUE/CTA/NEA, to aid in reaching satisfactory solutions to contract violations as brought to the committee.
A grievance is a a violation of the contract that is raised by an employee towards an employer. If you have a question or concern that needs immediate attention regarding Contract Enforcement/Grievance issues, please contact the TRUE Office!
