TRUE will be holding a special election to fill one vacancy of TRUE Executive Board Director-at-Large seat representing k-12 Special Education teachers with a term beginning as soon as elected and expiring on May 31, 2024. Candidates must be TRUE members primarily working, at the time of their election, in the group they are running to represent.
TRUE members wishing to nominate themselves and/or other TRUE members for these positions must file a Declaration of Candidacy form together with a signed acknowledgement of the campaigning rules, to be received no later than 4:00 pm on February 9 at 4:00pm at the TRUE Office. Officers shall be elected by and from the TRUE active membership by majority vote.
